The Society of Chaplains is an informal association of chaplains who serve hospitals and healthcare facilities, as well as other institutions, in Pennsylvania and adjacent states. Since 2002, the Society has been formally incorporated as a tax-exempt non-profit organization with a mission and scope of providing educational opportunities, collegial support, and fellowship.
